📋 Description

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance improvement initiatives • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality methodologies such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC • Analyze supplier quality data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle • Support supplier development, process transfers, and new product introductions while ensuring supplier readiness • Build trusted supplier relationships and influence sustainable quality improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) • 4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supply Chain Operations • Strong knowledge of quality systems, supplier auditing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies • Experience driving supplier performance and continuous improvement; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
