📋 Description

• Design, launch, and manage Rubrik’s Executive Sponsorship Program to connect C-level customer executives with Rubrik leadership. • Own and operate Rubrik’s Customer Advisory Boards end-to-end, ensuring agendas influence product strategy and drive C-level relationships. • Build and maintain a robust executive reference system by vertical and region, partnering with sales. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Field teams to align executive voices with launches and campaigns. • Build and maintain executive reference coverage for key accounts, industries, and geographies. • Establish consistent feedback loops that capture CXO input and turn insight into action. • Track and report on program performance, including advocacy engagement and influence on pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in executive engagement, technical advocacy, or community leadership within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software sectors. • Proven ability to build and scale executive-level programs that influence pipeline and retention. • Demonstrated success engaging C-level stakeholders and driving peer-based advocacy initiatives. • Experience working with GTM teams to match customer advocates to key campaigns, moments, and growth initiatives. • Executive presence, discretion, and professionalism in high-stakes customer interactions. • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and driving influence without direct authority.
