📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off • Prepare enterprise customers for deployment and establish success criteria • Track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure execution meets deadlines and budgets • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies • Resolve issues autonomously before escalation • Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, internal cross-functional teams, and third-party partners • Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles • Help build, refine, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, procedures, methodologies, and KPIs • Recommend improvements to operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction • Establish best practices for engagements, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organisation • Previous experience managing customers from Financial Services, Government, and Healthcare industries • Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment • Ability to work autonomously with strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-pressure customer situations • Expert knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Google Workspace • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
