📋 Description

• Manage 8–10 new-build and renovation projects per year • Manage all project phases, from facility planning and implementation through handover to operations • Ensure compliance with quality, schedule, budget, and Starbucks and KFC brand standards • Coordinate, document, and monitor all project phases • Proactively manage stakeholders across internal interfaces and external partners • Coordinate with landlords, authorities, general contractors, and other external partners • Obtain permits and coordinate with authorities for new locations • Prepare, manage, and monitor CapEx budgets, including cost control and bid evaluations • Identify and select new general contractors and direct suppliers • Communicate with Supply Chain and Procurement • Support tendering, contracting, and ordering processes for services and materials

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in project management, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., state-certified technician) • At least 5 years of experience in interior construction, building services engineering (MEP), construction planning, or renovation projects, including collaboration with external contractors and subcontractors • Strong analytical skills, an independent working style, and a solution-oriented “can-do” mentality • Structured, responsible, and results-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner • Very good written and spoken German and English • Experience in retail or the food service industry is an advantage • Class B driving license
