📋 Description
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences. • Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate innovative elements into creative production. • Collaborate with design teams to transform ideas into compelling ad creatives that align with brand values. • Oversee the production process to ensure all projects are delivered on time. • Coordinate with designers, user acquisition managers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. • Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to analyze the performance of ad creatives. • Generate and test hypotheses in A/B testing to refine creatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in creative production or a similar role, preferably in a tech-focused or consumer product company. • Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads. • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and understanding of performance metrics. • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software. • Ability to perform data analysis to draw actionable insights from campaign results. • Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in creative production, with the ability to leverage them effectively to generate innovative ad creatives.
