• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. • Lead a high-performance department delivering UA-as-a-Service to all product teams. • Centralize operations, drive efficiencies, and establish a unified strategy across all paid traffic channels. • Mentor and manage a distributed team of expert UA Managers across the portfolio. • Create a high-talent-density culture that fosters performance, collaboration, and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing UA at scale • Strong background in subscription-based D2C products, ideally across multiple verticals • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets • Highly organized, data and results-driven leader with experience directly managing and developing a team of at least 5–7 UA professionals. • Deep platform knowledge: Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid social/search/display • Experience building and scaling teams, setting KPIs, and leading under a centralized structure • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with fluency in tools like Tableau, Google Analytics,, and Excel/SQL • Relentlessly driven, high-energy operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment • Hands-on leader with a “first in, last out” mentality — always engaged, deeply involved, and fully accountable • Extremely high standards and low tolerance for poor execution — demands excellence across all levels of the team • Obsessed with performance, ROI, and rapid iteration — always pushing for better, faster, and more efficient results • Strong management instincts: knows how to hire, coach, and develop A-players while holding teams accountable • Commercially obsessed — understands that UA is a growth engine and thinks like a profit-focused entrepreneur.
