📋 Description

• Monitor core billing metrics such as disputes, chargebacks, dunning performance, refunds, and transaction quality. • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards used by Billing, Support, Finance, and Product teams. • Help maintain data pipelines by checking data freshness, completeness, and correctness. • Assist in running A/B tests related to billing strategies, risk settings, and retry logic. • Support senior analysts in analyzing disputes, fraud, VAMP transactions, and anomalies in billing flows. • Investigate unusual patterns in financial data and escalate issues when needed. • Document findings, queries, and logic in a clear and structured way. • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and support specialists to ensure consistent and reliable billing data.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic SQL skills and willingness to improve quickly. • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic BI tools (Tableau is a plus). • Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts and interest in learning more. • Curiosity about billing processes, payment systems, and financial risk. • Ability to clean, validate, and analyze datasets with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Organized, disciplined, and able to follow established analytical processes. • Motivated to learn.
