• Drafting legal pleadings and submissions • Strategic handling of cases involving substantial amounts • Execution and management of legal proceedings
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Knowledge of the Supplementary Health (private health insurance) sector • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role or in similar activities
