📋 Description
• Drafting procedural documents and reports with legal opinions; • Analysis of strategic cases for issuing legal opinions and aligning strategies; • Updating the client's legal case management system; • Negotiation and execution of settlements and agreements; • Attending hearings and presenting oral arguments;
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent command of formal written Portuguese; • Experience with Civil Procedure and Consumer Law; • Experience in health law and insurance (life insurance) is a plus;
