• Drafting procedural documents and reports containing legal opinions • Analyzing strategic cases to issue opinions and align legal strategies • Updating the client's legal case management system • Negotiating and executing agreements • Conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in formal written Portuguese • Experience with Civil Procedure and Consumer Law • Experience in health law and/or insurance law (life insurance) is a plus
