• Drafting legal briefs and other legal documents • Strategic handling of cases involving high-value claims • Handling enforcement/execution proceedings
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Knowledge of supplementary health (private health insurance) • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role or in similar activities
