📋 Description

• Support our team by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and keeping our IT knowledge base up to date. • Work closely with teams across the company to maintain a secure, efficient, and reliable tech environment that helps drive our mission forward.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related professional experience serving in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role providing technical support in an enterprise IT environment. • Experience supporting Apple macOS. • Ability to create and maintain team and customer-facing process documentation. • Basic understanding of Security best practices, including access control and data protection. • Ability to manage their workload via a Service Desk ticketing platform. • Experience working core Atlassian applications, such as Jira Service Management and Confluence. • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace administration. • Experience with managing users and groups in Okta. • Associate/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field of study OR equivalent role experience.
