📋 Description

• Rula mission: treat the whole person by providing evidence-based, compassionate mental healthcare and reducing stigma around mental health • Lead AI-enabled product work that enhances, not replaces, the human connection in therapy • Launch and scale AI-powered patient-facing features that support patients before, during, and after care in partnership with therapists • Work at the intersection of AI, clinical expertise, and product innovation, partnering with clinicians, engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and test new features • Focus on building safe, supportive, and personalized AI experiences that enhance care while maintaining highest clinical standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building user-facing AI features • Strong execution and delivery skills, with proven ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in 0 to 1 environments • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks • Experience facilitating highly cross-functional teams (data science, ML engineering, clinical experts, design, and engineering) • Demonstrated ability to make tradeoffs and clear decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments • Must be US-based and eligible to work in the United States (application asks about US work eligibility and the role is US-based only) • Preferred qualifications: • Hands-on experience with AI/ML prototyping or tools (e.g., prompting, RAG, evaluations) • Demonstrated ability to set a holistic product vision while executing iteratively • Familiarity with building and evaluating AI quality metrics and incorporating them into product decisions
