📋 Description

• Take charge of product development and execution, aligning with company goals • Own and maintain the product roadmap • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure efficient product development • Break down features into written specs and manage sprint cycles • Build feedback loops between users and the dev team • Contribute to ongoing improvements in team operations and product processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years previous product management experience in a tech or SaaS environment (experience with messaging/telecom product is a plus) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Comfort managing engineering teams and coordinating across departments • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and hit deadlines • Commitment to critical thinking, clear writing, and positive team culture • Integrity, humility, and professionalism • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency • Excited to grow, innovate, and pursue excellence • Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
