📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient software applications. • Lead architectural decisions for long-term maintainability and scalability. • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards. • Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Define technical strategies and best practices for software development. • Identify and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation. • Drive continuous integration, delivery, and deployment best practices. • Ensure high standards for security, reliability, and performance. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align on requirements. • Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans. • Lead and participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews. • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the engineering team. • Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong engineering background. • Proven success in leading software projects in startup or fast-paced environments. • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, C#). • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies (React, Node.js, Django, Flask, .NET, etc.). • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps best practices. • Knowledge of microservices architecture, API development, and database management. • Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Exceptional English skills (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. • Strong ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making. • Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. • Adaptable to changing requirements and capable of working in dynamic environments. • Proactive in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions. • Passionate about writing high-quality, maintainable code and building excellent products. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
