📋 Description

• We are looking for a Project Manager with an IT background who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. • This is not a role for someone looking for an existing playbook—you will be creating processes from scratch, ensuring projects run smoothly while keeping clients satisfied. • You will be the bridge between clients and developers, ensuring clear expectations, project alignment, and high-quality deliverables. • You should be comfortable leading client calls, presenting updates, and translating technical details into clear business insights. • You will report directly to the Agency Ops Manager and CEO.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in project management within software development or IT. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven success in leading projects in startup environments. • Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. • Proficiency in Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools. • Exceptional English skills (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. • Experience leading client-facing interactions, meetings, and presentations. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. • Startup-savvy —comfortable building from scratch, not just following templates. • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
