📋 Description

• Create engaging job descriptions and post them across the ATS, job boards, social media, and relevant work-from-home communities • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across a range of roles and specialisations • Screen candidates to assess their experience, skills, and overall suitability • Review assessment results and progress qualified candidates through the recruitment process • Conduct initial and screening interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Prepare shortlisted candidates for client interviews through briefing sessions • Conduct professional reference checks before final hiring decisions • Negotiate salary packages and employment terms where required • Prepare and send employment offers to successful candidates • Conduct post-placement check-ins to support smooth onboarding • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the ATS • Ensure recruitment activities meet quality standards and internal recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process • Strong recruitment experience across a variety of roles and industries • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency, headhunting, or executive search environment is highly regarded • Strong technical sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean Search, and other sourcing techniques • Experience recruiting within the Philippine market • LATAM experience is highly preferred • Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders • Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team • Strong talent mapping and market research capabilities • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, or similar ATS platforms • Part-time independent contractor availability • Ability to report to the AU time zone
