🎯 Requirements
• Experiência como Agile Coach ou, como Agile Master/Scrum Master; • Experiência com times acima do ML2 (KMM - Kanban Maturity Model); • Certificações obrigatórias: KMP (KSD + KSI), KCP (KMM + KCP), FLSA • Experiência e conhecimento em métricas ágeis; • Experiência na facilitação de dinâmicas de Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Lean Inception e construção de MVP; • Experiência em rodar dinâmicas remotas utilizando ferramentas como Miro, Mural, etc; • Conhecimento em Jira e Azure Devops; • Participante assíduo de eventos ágeis e comunidades; • Conhecer Power BI
