📋 Description
• Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e técnicos relacionados a sistemas financeiros. • Traduzir necessidades regulatórias em especificações funcionais para equipes de desenvolvimento. • Apoiar a equipe técnica na priorização e refinamento de demandas. • Garantir que os requisitos estejam alinhados às normas do Banco Central e demais órgãos reguladores. • Conduzir reuniões com áreas de negócio, TI e compliance. • Acompanhar entregas e validar soluções implementadas.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência comprovada como Analista de Negócios ou função equivalente. • Vivência em projetos no mercado financeiro, especialmente com escopo técnico em: PIX PSTI (Política de Segurança de Tecnologia da Informação) SPI (Sistema de Pagamentos Instantâneos) SPB (Sistema de Pagamentos Brasileiro) • Capacidade de atuar em ambientes regulados e com múltiplos stakeholders. • Habilidade para conduzir reuniões, levantar requisitos e documentar processos de forma clara e objetiva.
