📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, reinforcing trust in FinOps services. • Support decision-making with financial and operational data. • Challenge clients when optimization actions are required, justifying business recommendations. • Collect feedback for continuous service improvement. • Understand business cycles and constraints to create customized policies (performance vs. cost). • Ensure ongoing visibility through monthly reports (savings, investments, action status). • Provide access to technological tools (e.g., Turbonomic) for real-time monitoring. • Generate standardized reports, such as the Monthly Leaderboard, and obtain necessary approvals. • Create and implement dashboards, alerts, and reports that identify FinOps opportunities. • Escalate critical situations when recommendations are not executed on time. • Clearly explain cloud cost structures and their drivers. • Support clients in acting on FinOps recommendations. • Participate in onboarding and training to drive adoption of best practices. • Maintain advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, and FinOps tools. • Integrate financial strategies into optimization processes. • Conduct anomaly analyses and support finance teams in their optimization journey. • Apply consultative selling techniques to increase adoption of FinOps services. • Engage executive leaders (CIO, COO) on the strategic importance of optimization. • Justify technical and financial recommendations with data-driven storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client-facing roles focused on cloud services and financial optimization. • Strong experience with Azure (required). • Proven experience in managing and selling FinOps services. • Cloud financial management (FinOps). • Financial and technical analysis in Azure and AWS. • Optimization tools (Turbonomic – desirable). • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels. • Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and build robust reports. • Consultative approach and strategic mindset to work with executives.
