📋 Description
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams pages or communities to centralize resources. • Moderate discussions, answer questions, and encourage peer-to-peer support. • Publish news, tips, and updates in accessible and engaging formats. • Work in partnership with platform and use-case teams to align content with business needs. • Collect user feedback to improve materials and identify training gaps. • Track engagement and adoption metrics to demonstrate the impact of initiatives. • Support proposals, presentations, and customer engagement strategies related to Fabric adoption. • Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Fabric solutions under the guidance of senior specialists. • Contribute recommendations on security, scalability, performance, and automation. • Help troubleshoot technical issues and escalate incidents related to Fabric. • Stay up to date on new releases, roadmaps, and trends for Microsoft Fabric.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, or equivalent data platforms. • Experience with data integration, data modeling, and analytics workflows. • Experience creating learning content such as videos, tutorials, and documentation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience in complex corporate environments or cloud infrastructures. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience monitoring engagement metrics and training outcomes. • Experience with modern BI, analytics, or data engineering platforms in addition to Fabric. • Experience with SharePoint.
