📋 Description

• Management of the IT Infrastructure and Services portfolio: • Project management methodologies, financial analysis, and vendor management; • Management of multidisciplinary teams to support initiatives and projects; • Risk analysis and preparation of related reports; • Tools and frameworks responsible for schedule and resource management; • Creation and structuring of results presentations for managerial and executive levels; • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT; • Advanced knowledge of frameworks such as PMBOK and agile methodologies for project delivery;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience controlling and monitoring infrastructure initiatives to ensure IT infrastructure teams and vendors can execute committed tasks within agreed timelines; • Experience evaluating technical proposals from IT infrastructure solution vendors to compare options and present rankings for procurement decisions; • Manage vendor contracts to establish delivery milestones, authorize payments, and ensure disbursements occur as planned; • Lead technical teams in brainstorming sessions and war rooms to find solutions, address issues, and support project deployments; • Create project tracking reports covering progress, issues, action plans, risk mitigation, and financial controls; • Prepare executive presentations to communicate project progress to coordination, management, and IT leadership; • Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects and initiatives such as operating system upgrades, network segmentation, and implementation of new services;
