📋 Description

• Handle ACM support tickets registered in the Service Desk (Jira), triaging by SLA, fiscal impact and operational impact; • Diagnose and resolve errors in note exchange (ZACM_TROCANOTA): duplications, FAD/RAD discrepancies, revenue recognition failures and ICMS issues; • Support the Receipt Monitor (MEB): unlocking LDCs, correcting unloading events and stuck weighings; • Support the producer payment process: settlement reversals, corrections of foreign-currency settlements (USD), incorrect royalty and SENAR deductions; • Resolve incidents in the Returns Cockpit and in the weight-and-destination posting process; • Support fiscal closings related to ACM: correct undue ICMS on exchange documents, adjust CFOP in BRF+; • Support simulations and contract creation (Simulation 2.0): validate partner compatibility, CNAE and contractual conditions; • Analyze and correct contract balance discrepancies between movement statements and overall inventory; • Manage ACM accesses and profiles (ZC:ACM:ANALISTA_FILIAL, ZC:ACM:ASSISTENTE_FILIAL, ZC:ACM:COORDENADOR) together with the Basis team; • Document solutions, build a knowledge base and train/guide branch key users.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the ACM module (Agricultural Contract Management) in SAP - required • Knowledge of the agricultural contract lifecycle: origination, receipt, note exchange, payment • Familiarity with the fiscal note exchange process and its impact on ICMS • Experience in SAP support / AMS (ticket handling, SLA, triage) • Knowledge of ACM integration with FI (payments, posting) and MM (goods receipt) • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA - Fiori interface and GUI • Experience with BRF+ (fiscal rules engine — CFOP, ICMS, tax regime) • Knowledge of foreign-currency operations in ACM (USD — PTAX adjustment) • Experience with the grain import process and royalty rules (Monsanto/Corteva) • Experience with SAP SD (billing integrated with ACM) • Knowledge of client-customized tools: ZARD, ZFHG_0002, ZACM_TROCANOTA – Use of ITSM tools (Jira Service Management or similar)
