📋 Description

• Continuously manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, aligning it with the Cloud platform strategy. • Serve as the primary owner of the backlog for the AWS Cloud Scrum team. • Translate business and technical requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Partner with Engineering, Architecture teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives. • Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Make prioritization decisions and trade-offs in real time to maximize business value delivery. • Manage and communicate the roadmap, progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure continuous alignment between business needs and the technical execution of initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile/Scrum environments. • Hands-on experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and tracking sprints. • Experience acting as the sole Product Owner, independently managing the backlog. • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and cloud infrastructure concepts, including services, migrations, and platform operations. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders located in the United States.
