📋 Description

• Planejar, elaborar e executar casos e cenários de testes. • Executar testes funcionais, integrados, regressão e homologação. • Validar requisitos funcionais e regras de negócio. • Identificar, registrar e acompanhar defeitos. • Elaborar evidências de testes. • Apoiar usuários durante homologações. • Validar integrações entre Salesforce e sistemas corporativos. • Trabalhar em conjunto com Analistas Funcionais e Desenvolvedores. • Apoiar processos de implantação e pós-implantação.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência sólida como QA Funcional. • Experiência em projetos Salesforce. • Conhecimento em Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Conhecimento em Salesforce Service Cloud será um diferencial. • Experiência com testes de APIs REST. • Conhecimento em JSON. • Experiência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). • Conhecimento em Git e GitLab. • Capacidade para interpretar documentação funcional e técnica. • Experiência na elaboração de documentação de testes.
