📋 Description

• Administer and support SAP environments, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PO/PI, Fiori, and NetWeaver • Perform maintenance activities, including kernel updates, Support Package applications, upgrades, and system updates • Monitor the health, availability, performance, and background processing of SAP environments • Identify, analyze, and resolve SAP Basis incidents and service requests • Administer clients, users, printers, and other SAP environment activities • Support High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity initiatives • Work with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Applications teams on projects and support activities • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot replication scenarios using SAP SLT • Tune performance and resolve replication issues in SLT environments • Support audits, compliance requirements, and security remediation activities for SAP environments • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and records of activities performed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAP Basis administration • Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and SAP system administration • Hands-on experience with SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation), including replication configuration, monitoring, and support • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments • Experience with upgrades, migrations, Unicode conversions, and System Copy/Refresh activities • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAProuter, and SAP Gateway • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems • Experience with SAP monitoring tools and incident management processes • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with different departments and stakeholders • Language: Advanced English
