📋 Description

• Study and gain an in-depth understanding of the business processes related to the requirements under your responsibility • Independently take ownership of one or multiple requirements, managing, tracking, and driving them through to resolution • Interact with YPF teams to gather and understand business needs • Keep documentation of scenarios, processes, and steps up to date • Develop solution proposals aligned with SAP Best Practices and the Standard First concept • Evaluate new Business Functions and other SAP solutions • Prepare effort and timeline estimates • Develop work plans, identifying resources, profiles, and dependencies • Coordinate activities and resources to ensure execution within planned sprints • Perform solution configuration, testing, and documentation • Identify gaps between business needs and standard SAP functionality • Develop Business Cases for gap creation • Present gaps to the Gap-Killing Committee and track approval or rejection • Prepare functional and technical specifications and follow up on the development of approved gaps • Analyze incidents and problems by researching SAP Notes and SAP Marketplace, and follow up on support cases with SAP • Work with business user teams for validation, acceptance, and approvals • Develop test plans and test cases • Execute unit tests, record evidence, and coordinate or participate in integration testing • Ensure the quality of deliverables and documentation of results • Propose improvements to the user experience through the SAP ecosystem, including SAP BTP • Work with maintenance management and agile methodologies, participating in project sprints and ceremonies • Use SAP Solution Manager to track and manage activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an SAP TD Consultant • Solid experience in SAP projects and support/maintenance • Proven ability to work independently and manage requirements end to end • Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and the Standard First concept • Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design • Experience with configuration, testing, and documentation • Experience analyzing and addressing gaps • Knowledge of SAP Notes and SAP Marketplace • Experience with SAP Solution Manager • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Fluent/advanced Spanish is mandatory for interaction with YPF teams and users • Knowledge of or experience with SAP BTP is a plus
