📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret processes developed in TIBCO BusinessWorks, identifying existing flows, business rules, integrations, dependencies, and behaviors • Assess the TIBCO services that will undergo modernization • Validate the artifacts generated by the migration tool for Java/Spring Boot • Compare the original TIBCO implementation with the generated Java code, verifying functional and technical equivalence • Identify any gaps, inconsistencies, or loss of business rules during the migration process • Assess whether the generated microservices adhere to Java/Spring Boot architecture standards and principles • Analyze APIs, integrations, contracts, error handling, and dependencies between services • Validate non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, resilience, availability, and operational continuity • Review and validate automatically generated tests, ensuring adequate coverage of relevant scenarios • Support the identification and resolution of inconsistencies found during migration cycles • Work closely with developers, DevOps, QA, and other squad members • Participate in validation, technical review, and user acceptance testing cycles for migrated services • Document results, gaps, technical decisions, and validation evidence for each migration cycle • Support the definition of acceptance criteria for modernized services • Serve as the technical TIBCO BusinessWorks reference throughout the modernization process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks • Knowledge of reading and interpreting TIBCO processes and flows • Ability to identify existing business rules, integrations, dependencies, and behaviors • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting TIBCO integrations • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot • Experience with microservices architecture • Knowledge of REST API development and integration • Ability to analyze Java code and assess its equivalence to the original TIBCO solution • Knowledge of integration patterns, exception handling, and inter-service communication • Knowledge of microservices and API architecture • Experience integrating systems and services • Ability to analyze integration contracts, payloads, flows, dependencies, and error handling • Knowledge of architecture and development best practices for distributed applications • Experience with or familiarity with code review processes and artifacts automatically generated by AI/modernization tools • Strong critical-thinking skills for reviewing automatically generated code, tests, and documentation • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies between expected behavior and the output generated by the tool • Experience with technical documentation and recording validation evidence
