• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules according to business needs. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficiency and reliability. • Provide user support and training on ServiceNow features and best practices. • Conduct regular audits of configurations and user access to ensure compliance with internal policies. • Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and improvements. • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
