• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules according to business needs. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficiency and reliability. • Provide user support and training on ServiceNow features and best practices. • Conduct regular audits of configurations and user access to ensure compliance with internal policies. • Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and improvements. • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of the platform's modules and best practices. • Experience in user administration, security, and access controls in ServiceNow. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. • Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
