📋 Description

• Analyze and understand business needs, translating them into viable technical requirements and solutions aligned with the program strategy • Provide technical direction to the teams involved, ensuring clarity of scope, prioritization, and adherence to best practices • Serve as the technical point of convergence between the Salesforce teams and teams working with other technologies in the client’s landscape, including ERP, integrations, data, e-commerce, and legacy platforms • Define and validate solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Conduct impact analyses, assessing dependencies among systems, teams, and releases • Support backlog planning and prioritization in collaboration with business, product, and other technical leaders • Ensure technical governance, including development standards, code reviews, environment strategy, CI/CD, and quality • Identify technical risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate them in a structured manner • Communicate clearly and objectively with business and IT stakeholders at different organizational levels • Support the teams’ technical growth by acting as a mentor and promoting knowledge sharing • Collaborate with global teams while accommodating different time zones and cultures

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce projects, with proven experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or in an equivalent role • Experience with large, complex, multi-country programs, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and more • Strong experience in solution architecture and integrations, including APIs, middleware, events, and integration with ERP and legacy systems • Experience in multi-vendor and multi-technology environments, with the ability to align diverse teams • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies at scale • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and executives • Language: Advanced English • Preferred: Experience with digital transformation and global standardization programs, including global templates and rollouts • Preferred: Experience with retail data models and processes, such as store management, field sales, distribution, CPQ, and clienteling • Preferred: Experience with DevOps in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and branching and release strategies • Preferred: Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance, including LGPD and GDPR • Preferred: Previous experience with governance models involving clients and multiple vendors
