📋 Description

• Analyze and understand business needs, translating them into feasible technical requirements and solutions aligned with the program strategy • Provide technical direction to the teams involved, ensuring clarity of scope, prioritization, and adherence to best practices • Serve as the technical point of convergence between the Salesforce teams and teams working with other technologies across the client’s landscape (ERP, integrations, data, e-commerce, legacy platforms, and more) • Define and validate solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Lead impact analyses, assessing dependencies across systems, teams, and releases • Support backlog planning and prioritization in collaboration with business, product, and other technical leaders • Ensure technical governance, including development standards, code reviews, environment strategy, CI/CD, and quality • Identify technical risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate them in a structured manner • Communicate clearly and objectively with business and IT stakeholders at different organizational levels • Support the teams’ technical growth by acting as a mentor and promoting knowledge sharing • Collaborate with global teams while accommodating different time zones and cultures

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce projects, with proven experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or equivalent • Experience working on large, complex, multi-country programs, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.) • Strong experience in solution architecture and integrations (APIs, middleware, events, and integration with ERPs and legacy systems) • Experience in multi-vendor, multi-technology environments, with the ability to align diverse teams • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience with agile and hybrid methodologies at scale • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach, with confidence interacting directly with clients and executives • Preferred: experience with digital transformation and global standardization programs (global templates/rollouts) • Preferred: experience with retail data models and processes (e.g., store management, field sales, distribution, CPQ, clienteling) • Preferred: experience with DevOps in the Salesforce ecosystem (Git, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management) • Preferred: knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., LGPD, GDPR) • Preferred: previous experience with governance models involving clients and multiple vendors • English – Advanced
