📋 Description
• Maintain and configure our Snowflake data platform and data pipelines. • Design effective incremental data integration pipelines that account for data quality, performance, and cost efficiency. • Drive innovation by trying out new tools and influencing platform improvements. • Cooperate closely with other Development teams and Operations. • Implement and maintain data security, auditing and performance/cost monitoring. • Help keep the Data Warehouse architecture scalable and secure while supporting growth into new markets.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing/Database administration/Database development. • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer using SQL and Python. • Experience with a cloud-based tech stack on platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure (docker or Kubernetes). • Experience working with high volumes of data (with tooling like Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift, DataBricks, Vertica, Teradata or SAP HANA/Hadoop/Hive/Spark). • Knows what it takes to produce high-quality, high-performance, maintainable and scalable data pipelines. • Broad skills using ELT tools and data integration-related technologies (Airflow, DBT, python, S3, REST-API). • Positive and solution-oriented mindset, willing to try and learn new technologies. • Excellent knowledge of English and communication skills.
