• Manage the full lifecycle of software license compliance cases, from initial investigation to resolution. • Investigate and analyze case data to identify unlicensed software use and prepare clear, evidence-based reports. • Engage directly with businesses via phone, email, and video to discuss compliance issues and negotiate resolutions. • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all case activities and communications in our CRM system. • Support operational needs with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Must be currently based in South America (this is a firm requirement). • Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written. • 1+ years of professional experience in customer engagement, sales, collections, or compliance. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with professional confidence in handling B2B outreach via phone, email, and video calls. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets). • A self-motivated and highly organized individual comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
