📋 Description

• Analyze technical data, including IP addresses and usage logs, to identify potential software misuse • Conduct deep online research to verify corporate entities and find accurate contact information • Maintain organized, up-to-date case records in the CRM • Compile findings into clear, well-structured reports for internal stakeholders • Partner with senior investigators and the Team Lead to advance complex cases • Learn and adopt new investigative tools to improve team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, customer support, or administrative work • Professional-level English communication, written and spoken • Demonstrable interest in OSINT or digital investigations • Comfort with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools • Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and reliable in a fully remote setup • English CV required • Bonus: Exposure to SQL, advanced CRM platforms, or specialized online research tools • Bonus: Background in software compliance, KYC/KYB, or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
