📋 Description
• Take a look at technical data (IPs, usage logs, etc.) to help spot potential misuse • Do some online sleuthing to verify companies and track down contact info • Keep things organized and updated in our CRM system • Help put together easy-to-read reports on your findings • Work closely with experienced teammates to move cases forward • Learn new tools and help improve how we do things
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in research, data entry, customer support, or admin work • A real interest in digital investigations, OSINT , or cybersecurity • Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, and speaking) • You know your way around Google Sheets or Excel • You’re detail-oriented, well-organized, and ready to learn • Self-driven and reliable in a remote work environment • Some exposure to SQL, CRMs , or online data tools • Any background in compliance, investigations, or cybersecurity
