📋 Description

• Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to resolution • Manage important discussions regarding software licensing via email, phone, and virtual meetings • Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios and prepare detailed reports • Actively document workflows and share knowledge to improve engagement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English & Portuguese • 1+ years in Sales, Collections, or Customer Engagement • Technical proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets • Experience using CRM systems to track KPIs • Strong negotiation skills and a "hunter" mindset
