📋 Description

• Lead coordination for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from conception to completion • Build, customize, and manage event websites and registration platforms • Maintain rigorous accuracy across Excel trackers and CRMs • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries • Develop comprehensive dashboards and post-event resources

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in Project Coordination, Event Coordination, or a high-level operational role • C2 Level English (or higher) is non-negotiable • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, International Relations, or Design preferred) • Proven experience with virtual event platforms (Swoogo, Whova, EventUp) • Comfortable with Excel formulas, filters, and pivot tables • Exceptional multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability
