📋 Description

• Define and own the product roadmap for the internal worker onboarding system • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI into onboarding workflows • Partner with UX teams to ensure the system is intuitive and optimized for a global workforce • Work closely with engineering and operations team to deliver a secure and scalable solution • Translate business requirements into detailed product specs and user stories • Implement analytics to monitor onboarding efficiency, worker engagement, and system performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager in internal tools, workforce platforms, or enterprise systems • Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and user experience design • Experience with AI-driven product development or working with machine learning teams • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with AI/ML data labeling or training workflows is a plus.
