📋 Description

• Lead and oversee successful delivery of client programs, ensuring quality, timelines, profitability and client expectations are met • Own the operational client relationship and act as a key contact and escalation point • Monitor program performance, KPIs and risks, taking proactive action when targets or delivery are at risk • Build, manage and develop the Project Management team through staffing, performance management, mentoring, training and succession planning • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Vendor Management, Technical Services and other teams • Oversee budgets, profitability, revenue forecasting and revenue recognition • Lead resolution of delivery or quality issues, including root cause investigations and CAPA processes • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality and operational performance • Support account growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals, RFPs and client-facing discussions • Lead and participate in client meetings, status updates, business reviews and other program communications • Ensure processes, methodologies and risk management practices are consistently followed • Maintain accurate program reporting and ensure client requirements and commercial expectations are met

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Project and/or Program Management, ideally managing complex, multi-project client programs • Strong client management and stakeholder management experience • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring and developing Project Management teams • Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budgets, profitability, forecasting and revenue management • Experience working in deadline-driven environments, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements • Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs and performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills • Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple teams • Experience within the localization or translation industry is highly desirable • Life Sciences or Linguistic Validation experience is highly desirable • Experience with translation management systems, CAT tools and AI-assisted productivity tools is desirable • A relevant university degree is preferred • PMP certification is an advantage • Fluency in an additional language is an advantage
