📋 Description
• Maintain BI infrastructure and develop long-term BI data and system architecture • Contribute to the development of new and updated BI dashboards • Take part in requirements gathering, logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment • Help create and implement platforms, data warehouses/data marts, reporting mechanisms, and business modeling that will scale with the company's reporting capabilities • Work with the Product and Mosaic Pharmacy teams, as well as the Client Success team to determine BI needs and requirements • Work with the web application team to embed BI dashboards into externally facing platforms and limit results based on user access rules • Work with IT to deploy BI application upgrades and packages • Document systems in Confluence • Log work progress in JIRA project management software
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of relevant/related experience in similar role • Bachelor’s degree is required; major in mathematics/statistics, computer science, health services research, health policy, public health, or other relevant fields is preferred • Experience with SQL and data modeling • Experience with BI Reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI • Experience with administrative healthcare claims data is a plus • Strong communication, analytical, and data quality skills • Ability to document and work through requirements gathering • Experience working in an environment which utilizes project management tools such as Atlassian
