📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function • Responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management • Leadership of direct reports • Attain daily operational goals within assigned functional area • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling • Health and Safety Management • Ensure compliance with State/Local/Federal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
