📋 Description

• Manage full cycle leave of absence cases via ServiceNow for all of the United States plus Canada • Handle case load average of 150+ cases from intake to eligibility checks • Send required notices customized by State and review medical certification documents for accuracy • Make approval/denial decisions and provide guidance to managers and employees on leave inquiries • Process and approve leave of absence transactions in Workday • Facilitate the leave of absence process Company-wide • Perform individualized leave assessments and resolve issues • Monitor work queues appropriately and prioritize cases as required • Provide counseling and coaching for managers and employees around taking leave and eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field • Three (3) years or more HR generalist or HR compliance role (e.g. leave of absence, ADA, Employee Relations) required • Three (3) years or more demonstrated experience facilitating leave of absence processes including coaching/consulting others required • Three (3) years or more experience in interpreting and ensuring human resources regulatory compliance required • One (1) year or more experience in high volume, complex case management required • Strong knowledge of federal and state absence laws and regulations advanced required • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Workday and/or Service Now is a plus intermediate required • Experience working in case management and HRIS systems (Service Now, Workday, etc.) intermediate required
