📋 Description

• Support the Ryder Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods • Identify and drive change through data-driven CI and Engineering efforts • Collect data and perform statistical analysis • Develop and manage continuous improvement plans • Collaborate with Operations Management and support go-live and steady state certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain) or equivalent experience • 5 years or more related work experience in the Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio • Experience with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI, Snowflake • Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations and data analytics
