📋 Description

• Responsible for managing operations and personnel across assigned locations. • Direct supervision of 1–2 Supervisors and oversight of 2–4 office support staff. • Leadership of 20–30 Technicians, either directly or through supervisory staff. • Ensure business objectives and labor requirements are met through delegation of work. • Responsible for location(s) performance against comprehensive metrics. • Ensure compliance with company processes, Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Repair Practices. • Manage financial requirements while balancing customer needs against business requirements. • Oversee work analysis, vehicle planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking. • Provide leadership, training, development, and oversight to management team assigned to branch(es). • Manage customer relationships and issue resolutions to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Develop and manage budgets implementing cost control measures. • Oversee maintenance initiatives to exceed specified financial targets.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required. • Associate's degree in business, transportation, distribution/logistics or related study, Preferred. • Bachelor's Degree in business, transportation, distribution/logistics or related study, Preferred. • 4 years or more in operations environment or demonstrated success in a Ryder role, Required. • 3 years or more in maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment, Required. • 3 years or more in supervisory experience, Required. • Competent in basic computer skills and in a Microsoft Office environment Intermediate, Required. • Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of diesel trucking industry Intermediate, Required. • Must be able to understand financial statements and basic accounting principles Intermediate, Required.
