📋 Description
• Develop the annual shopper marketing strategy and calendar • Manage the shopper marketing budget with discipline • Build programs that connect brand investment to in-store execution
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Shopper Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Customer Marketing • Experience creating customer-specific programs • Comfortable using metrics such as ROAS, velocity, TPR performance, and loyalty data
