• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring an elevated and personalized client experience at every touchpoint. • Serve as a liaison between clients and the design team, communicating needs, preferences, and design feedback clearly. • Respond efficiently, accurately, and promptly to client requests via phone, email, or other communication channels. • Manage client portfolios, keeping detailed notes on preferences, purchases, and design history to deliver tailor-made recommendations. • Collaborate with payments, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. • Maintain brand standards in all communications, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s values of excellence, craftsmanship, and elegance. • Support the creative process by sharing client insights with designers to refine and enhance product development. • Consistently meet service KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience processes.
• 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or other customer-facing roles. • Strong Interest in the jewelry or fashion design industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with discerning clients. • Strong understanding of design, materials, and craftsmanship in jewelry or luxury products. • Experienced in working with U.S. clients or international high-end customers, with an understanding of cultural and service expectations. • Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and customer communication tools. • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital collaboration tools. • -Near-native proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
