📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma to support Operations, Finance, and CX teams • Migrate existing Excel-based and manual reports into scalable BI solutions • Analyze data across domains such as shipping, fulfillment, payments, and customer support to identify trends and anomalies • Own specific data domains, becoming the go-to person for insights and reporting • Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigations, turning ambiguous questions into clear, data-backed answers • Partner with data engineers to understand data models and identify upstream data issues • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role • Expert-level SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex datasets (Snowflake is a plus) • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using modern BI tools (Sigma is a strong plus) • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency • Experience working with and validating data from multiple sources • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable reporting • Strong communication skills, with experience working directly with cross-functional stakeholders • High level of ownership and curiosity, with the ability to independently investigate and solve data issues
