📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation activities • Manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously within scope, budget, and timeline • Coordinate internal project teams, technical resources, consultants, and external client stakeholders • Manage client expectations, project scope, resources, timelines, risks, and competing priorities • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain proactive communication • Lead project meetings, status updates, discovery sessions, and implementation workshops • Translate client requirements into project plans, deliverables, milestones, and workstreams • Monitor project health, identify risks and blockers, and drive resolution and escalation • Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery performance • Coordinate ERP configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities • Prepare and communicate status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions • Support clients through change management and implementation challenges • Improve project delivery processes, methodologies, and team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience within a consulting or professional services environment • Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects • Experience with NetSuite implementations strongly preferred; experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms will also be considered • Proven experience managing multiple external, client-facing projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Polished professional presence and confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced consulting environment • Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies • NetSuite certifications or relevant ERP certifications preferred • Experience with complex ERP integrations, data migrations, and cross-functional implementation teams preferred • Experience with C-level or executive stakeholders preferred • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies preferred • Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent preferred • Experience leveraging AI tools for project delivery and project management workflows preferred • Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools preferred
