• Support the definition, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and systems to improve task management and patient communications • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., patient support, operations, clinical teams) to identify needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements • Help drive execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with patient experience goals • Provide general assistance and project-based support for the development and maintenance of mental health product offerings • Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes directly impact and improve the end-to-end patient journey • Build both high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans that keep stakeholders informed of project progress • Partner with cross functional teams to develop, test, and deliver high quality products and features that meet the needs of both internal users and our end users
• 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management • Experience working with consumer-facing products, preferably within the healthcare or medical device space • Previous experience with CRM, Communications platforms, or customer support programs is highly preferred • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling multiple priorities under tight timeframes • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple cross-functional teams • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a startup environment and can self-prioritize and thrive with minimal supervision
