📋 Description

• Proactively engage team members, identify missing assets or dependencies early, and remove blockers before deadlines slip • Maintain accurate Monday.com boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs in real time • Lead standups and project check-ins with internal teams and external agencies • Capture clear action items and follow up until completion • Move campaign assets through QA on schedule • Keep Customer Care aligned on upcoming high-volume sends

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive "Unblocker" mindset; willingness to work in detail, follow up relentlessly, escalate, and drive accountability • Fluent and fully proficient in English and Spanish, written and spoken • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder workstreams • Solid working knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, and collaborative documentation tools including Google Workspace and Confluence • Proven experience running standups, tracking dependencies, and aligning internal channel leads with external agencies • Familiarity with CRM channels and assets including Email, Push, WhatsApp, and In-App Messages
